In an environment for private markets marked by slower exits and increased focus on liquidity, ACE & Company, a Geneva-based private equity and venture capital firm founded by Adam Said with an international presence, has announced that it has surpassed the threshold of one billion dollars in gains generated for its investors.

Since 2015, the firm has generated more than $1.05 billion in gains and distributed approximately $835 million to investors. This milestone comes at a time when the ability to deliver distributions has once again become a decisive criterion for institutional investors.

Catterton, a leading global consumer-focused investment firm, today announced the successful closing of a continuation fund transaction for its portfolio company PatientPoint Health Technologies™ (“PatientPoint”), a leading tech-enabled point-of-care patient engagement company. The transaction reaffirms 

 Catterton’s long-term commitment and maintains its ownership in the business, allows 

 Catterton to return capital to investors, and provides PatientPoint with additional capital to support growth initiatives. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PatientPoint has become a trusted patient engagement company, and following its successful transformational combination with Outcome Health in 2021, is now an industry-leading platform serving approximately 140,000 healthcare practitioners (“HCPs”) and impacting over 750 million patient visits annually, nationwide.  Catterton following PatientPoint’s merger with Outcome Health in 2021, will retain its ownership.

ACE Buyout is excited to support Triton Pacific Securities, LLC in its partnership with Already Autism Health and the expansion of the platform with the acquisitions of Commonwealth ABA and CABS - Autism & Behavior Specialists.

Triton Pacific Healthcare Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce a partnership with Already Autism Health (AAH), a leading autism services provider. Already Autism Health, founded in 2020 by veteran behavioral health executive Derek Bullard, is accredited by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) and ranked #132 on the 2024 Inc.Magazine Inc. 500 list.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), approximately 1 in 36 children in the United States is diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) each year. Early intervention plays a critical role in improving developmental outcomes.

Despite the progress in awareness, many families face barriers to accessing timely and effective care. This partnership aims to bridge the gap by expanding access to high-quality services.

July 10, 2025 - Liberty Hall Capital Partners ("Liberty Hall"), a private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in businesses serving the global aerospace and defense industry, announced today the acquisition of Paxia, Inc. ("Paxia"), a leading global provider of integrated, value enhancing onboard services and catering management software solutions serving the commercial aerospace industry. Paxia was acquired from TELEO Capital, who is retaining a minority interest in the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Paxia operates a software as a service (SaaS) business model and represents Liberty Hall's seventh SaaS investment, including three platform and four add-on acquisitions. The transaction advances the execution of Liberty Hall's investment thesis focused on the digital transformation occurring within the aviation industry, which is driving further adoption of digital-based processes and workflows.

Across our platform, we delivered consistent execution in a changing market environment. In Secondaries, the market expanded to approximately $200bn as pricing improved and activity accelerated across buyouts, venture, and growth. We executed 15 single-fund transactions, completed 6 portfolio wind-downs, and delivered 16 distributions across 5 funds, with a continued focus on DPI. Upgraded pricing tools and AI-driven workflows increased throughput by around 30 percent.

In Buyout, broader LBO markets began to recover while the lower mid-market remained resilient. Over the past 12 months, we distributed close to $100m and achieved standout exits including Nord Anglia and PatientPoint. Through ABO V, we completed six new investments across our core sectors, supported by a strengthened data and AI-powered screening engine.

In ACE Ventures, deal volumes declined while capital invested remained stable, with a clear focus on fewer, larger AI and robotics rounds. We backed exceptional teams, leading investments in Scholé and Veezoo. Momentum has carried into 2026, with major follow-on rounds and upcoming liquidity events already underway.

LOUIS, May 31, 2023 – Blackstone (NYSE: BX) and Emerson (NYSE: EMR) today announced that private equity funds managed by Blackstone (“Blackstone”) have completed the previously announced acquisition of a majority stake in Emerson’s Climate Technologies business in a transaction valuing the business at $14.0 billion. This closing marks a significant milestone in the HVAC and refrigeration (HVACR) industry leader’s journey to advance the next generation of climate technologies.

The new standalone business will be named Copeland – building on the brand’s 100-year legacy, global recognition and influence across the HVACR industry. As a standalone company focused on serving the global HVACR market, Copeland’s product portfolio includes market-leading compressors, controls, thermostats, valves, software and monitoring solutions for residential, commercial and industrial customers. Copeland had fiscal 2022 net sales of $5.0 billion.
